How It Works

  2. You sign a JV Agreement and contribute capital (from GHS 100,000).

  3. We develop the property, manage permits, build, and market.

  4. You receive fixed annual returns or a share of profits after the project sale.

  5. Your full capital is returned at the end of the 3–5 year cycle.

All funds are used for real, titled land-based projects, not pooled or speculative trades.
